Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy details the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for event registrations and sports bookings with Iraade Foundation.

1. Event Registration Cancellation

Registration fees for sports events and tournaments are strictly non-refundable. Once a digital pass is generated, the fee cannot be reversed.

2. Sports Booking Modifications

Changes to sports venue bookings or participation slots must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Modifications are subject to availability and approval by the organizing committee.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If an event is canceled by the Iraade Foundation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or venue unavailability), participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of their registration fee.

4. No Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the venue and scan your entry pass at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
